Butler Community Health offers members opportunities for change and recovery in many areas of their lives. This comprehensive program addresses aspects in:

  • Symptom Management

  • Relationships

  • Interpersonal Fulfillment

  • Social & Life Skills

  • Chronic Pain

  • Addiction

  • Anger Management

  • Spirituality / Bereavement

  • Health & Wellness

 

Services are available as long as needed, with successful discharge from the program decided by both the Member and the team.

  • Members with a primary diagnosis of a serious and persistent mental illness, such as Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, or severe Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

  • Members who are willing to participate in their own physical and mental health recovery.

  • Join us: We accept Amerigroup Insurance for PSR and BCBS for Individual Outpatient Therapy only

  • We do provide transportation if needed
