About Us
Phila's 'Family Visit' program specializes in facilitating court-ordered visits for parents who are battling addiction and or divorce issues. Parents who are court-ordered for supervised visitations will have referrals made by attorneys, courts, DCS workers, and probation officers. Typically, each parent is court-ordered for at least 6 to 12 months worth of therapeutic visitations. This is a self-pay program as most insurances do NOT cover supervised visitations.

Pricing & Fees
Intake & Orientation - $150 per Parent
Supervised Visits - $50 hourly (2-hour minimum)

$10 extra hourly per additional child and/or guest(s).

$5 extra hourly for off-campus visits

Note: Any adult guest must also undergo Intake & Orientation before attending the visit.

Note: Additional adult guest(s) will not be allowed to attend visits until at least 3 successful visits have been completed by visiting parent.

Supervised Phone/Video Calls - $30 (30min session per call)
Therapeutic Visits - $150 hourly (1-hour minimum)
Supervised Child Exchanges - $30 per exchange
Court Subpoenaed Sessions - $75 hourly (4-hour minimum)

To Begin the Process
STEP 1: Intake Application
Whether you are the visiting parent or the non-visiting parent, both parties will begin the process by filling out the Intake application below.
STEP 2: Payment Information
Based on pre-arranged agreements, the paying party will enter their payment information for appropriate billing to occur per visit. Your card will be charged prior to the visit and information will be stored in a secure off-line location. If there is a 3rd party willing to pay for a session(s), please be sure to make note of it in the payment application below. In order for a visit to take place, there MUST be an active card on file. For each visitation, the card on file will be billed according to the fee schedule. Please familiarize yourself with the fee schedule below and begin filling out the 'Payment Capture' form.

STEP 3: Orientation & Rules
After your Intake Application is complete, you will begin your orientation and rules. This will help you better understand the program and its' particulars. All adult parties and visiting adult guests MUST undergo this section before scheduling a visitation.
